About Yoovic
Yoovic UAE (yoovic.ae) is operated by Yoovic Marketplace. We run an online marketplace where customers in the United Arab Emirates can shop beauty, personal care, health, home and other everyday products from Yoovic and from independent sellers who list on our platform.
How the marketplace works
- Every product page shows who sells the item. Items marked as sold or fulfilled by Yoovic are stocked and shipped by us; other items are shipped by the named seller.
- Prices, delivery costs and delivery times are shown on the product page and at checkout before you pay.
- Sellers must list accurate product information and follow our marketplace rules. Listings are reviewed before they go live.
- Orders are covered by our Shipping policy and Return & refund policy.
Payments
We accept credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard and other major cards), and Cash on Delivery. Card payments are processed on the secure hosted page of our payment provider, Ziina; card details are never entered on or stored by Yoovic.
