Terms of Service

These terms apply to your use of yoovic.ae (the "site"), operated by Yoovic Marketplace, Mai Tower, Al Nahda 1, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. By using the site or placing an order you agree to them.

1. The marketplace

Products on the site are sold either by Yoovic or by independent sellers. The seller of each item is shown on its product page. Sellers are responsible for the accuracy of their listings; Yoovic reviews listings and may remove any that break our rules.

2. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for activity under your account. Provide accurate contact and delivery information.

3. Prices and availability

Prices are shown in AED. All prices include 5% UAE VAT. Delivery charges are shown before you pay. We try to keep prices and stock accurate; if an item is priced or described incorrectly, or becomes unavailable, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.

4. Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we confirm the order by email. We may refuse or cancel orders for stock, pricing or fraud-prevention reasons.

5. Payment

We accept credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard and other major cards), and Cash on Delivery. Card payments are processed on the secure hosted page of our payment provider, Ziina; card details are never entered on or stored by Yoovic.

6. Delivery, returns and refunds

Delivery is covered by our Shipping policy; returns and refunds by our Return & refund policy; cancellations by our Cancellation policy. These do not affect your statutory rights.

7. Reviews and content

Reviews must be honest and based on your own experience with the product. We may remove content that is false, offensive, unlawful or unrelated to the product.

8. Acceptable use

Do not misuse the site, attempt to access it without authorisation, interfere with its operation, or use it for unlawful purposes.

9. Intellectual property

The site design, text and logos belong to Yoovic or its licensors. Brand names and product images belong to their owners.

10. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Yoovic is not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates and the Emirate of Dubai.

12. Changes

We may update these terms. The version published here at the time of your order applies to that order.
